Your output is yours to use
Ads, images and video you produce in Bonzi may be used commercially. Run them as paid media, post them on your channels, put them on your product pages. That right survives cancelling your subscription for output you already produced.
Your uploads stay yours
Product photos and any real people or places you upload remain your property. We use them only to operate your studio: staging your product in generated scenes, and building the cast and locations you asked for.
Cast and locations on Trial and Launch plans
On the Trial and Launch plans, cast members and locations created in your studio are listed in the shared Bonzi library, where other customers can cast them into their own ads. On Growth and Agency plans your cast and locations stay private. Uploaded real people are never auto-published on any plan.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the claims your ads make, for complying with the ad platforms you publish to, and for having rights to everything you upload.
